Hi, I’m Marta — a newborn photographer, storyteller, and passionate creative now based in beautiful Bixby.
I began my photography journey at just 17, specializing in family and child portraits. Over time, my passion naturally led me to focus on the delicate, magical world of newborn photography. For the past 3.5 years, I’ve dedicated myself mostly to this art, capturing the very first chapters of life with care, creativity, and heart.
I had the honor of working with one of the UK’s most well-known international photography studio franchises, where I was proud to receive multiple industry awards, including a Bronze Award, Silver Award, and the MC Champion of the Year 2024 — formerly known as Creative Photographer of the Year. These recognitions celebrate not just technical skill, but the emotional depth and storytelling I bring to each session.
In addition to working with families, I also spent the past three years training and mentoring other photographers — sharing my knowledge and passion for safely and artfully working with newborns. Many of my colleagues and clients affectionately call me “the baby whisperer” — a title that means the world to me. I consider it a privilege to create a peaceful, nurturing environment where babies are gently cared for and parents feel truly at ease.
Although I’m not a mother myself — not by choice — I see this as a unique blessing. It has given me the space and patience to pour all of my love and energy into the little ones I photograph. As a proud godmother to five and with many children in my extended family, I’ve built deep experience and trust with both babies and parents over the years.
Each session I offer is more than just a photo shoot — it's a heartfelt story. From the excitement of pregnancy to the moment I meet your tiny new arrival, I love to create images that reflect your dreams, values, and the essence of your family. I specialize in crafting personalized setups using meaningful items, family heirlooms, or special themes that hold lasting significance for you.
Now newly based in Bixby, I’m settling into my next chapter and updating my portfolio as I begin welcoming local families. My approach is calm, baby-focused and safety, artistry, and storytelling come together to preserve these once-in-a-lifetime moments.
